Super pumped to make it out of Area in the 1600m and 3200m with Troy! Region 3 Championships are in 2 weeks and it’s going to be a hard fight for state🔥

Had a great time at Rice University this weekend competing in the Victor Lopez Classic. Many of the best in the state were there and they helped push to some new PR’s. Looking forward to competing at districts next!

Everyone ran PRs yesterday for the Cooper Moonlight Mile. I brought my time down to 4:23.7 with the help of my friends and teammates!
