@aniobrien @scottnz411 I think that the 3.08% of the vote at the election was good for 4 seats for TPM. They won 6 electorates, an overhang of 2.
Now they have 4, which is equivalent to their party vote. Hard to argue proportionality has been affected.

@aniobrien @scottnz411 They have to alter the proportionality of parliament to be removed. Given they are in overhang seats, it could be argued that proportionality isn't affected
