much of this literature comes from sociological research into pedagogy and institutional practice. To not apply the literature of your field to your admission practice reveals the fundamental hypocrisy/ investment in white supremacy within these departments.

Sociology phd programs that still require the GRE are such a red flag.

The literature overwhelmingly demonstrates the lack of predictive value of these exams and the negative consequences they have on non-white and disabled applicants.

An official running in Pensilvania should not be sending 5+ donation requests a day to a voter in Idaho. Our local candidates deserve air time, donations, & support. Even the amazing Dotti Owens lost & it’s hard to not kinda pin that on how the party treats down ballot races.

my email was so bombarded with emails from Pensilvania, Georgia, and Arizona that my local elections got little to know bandwidth.

Idaho/Ada county had some of the worst election results in years. Federal roles are important but the nationalization if these races is gross.
