I have had enough! Posts on X are not productive. My moral compass will not let me be part of this Social Media circus. I am leaving and concentrating on Threads.
I just read about a 50yr old woman on UC asking DWP if she’s allowed to buy a new mattress. Because people on UC’s bank accounts are being monitored, they even have the power to withdraw money from your account. So why’s no one trying to get the £Bs of PPE back, why’s no one monitoring their accounts? Benefit fraud is £1.4b. But PPE fraud was more than £13b. What’s up with that? I’m SICK of #OneRule

He’d hate it if this post led more people to support the campaign for a true fox hunting ban. You know what to do… 🦊

I’m not sure why the news channels don’t cover this - in amongst all the negativity in our everyday news would it really be so harmful to the news cycle to show something positive in our society like this selfless act by cabbies on Remembrance Sunday?
We really need to stop making it so hard for NHS staff to go to work
A huge number of NHS workers have to cope with inadequate public transport, insufficient and unsafe parking for cars and bikes, and exorbitant costs
Something needs to be done urgently - please RT if you agree

Forty-year-old Christopher G. Robertson was kayaking in Georgian Bay in Collingwood, Ontario, when the kayak took on water and capsized. He held onto his overturned kayak and called for help. Jamey Ruth Klassen, 16, high school student from Guelph, Ontario, was on the beach and entered the water and swam about 600 feet to the kayak. By then, Robertson had submerged. Seeing him on the bottom of the lake, Jamey dived 12 feet and pulled him to the surface. Jamey positioned Robertson face up with his head on her shoulder. He was unconscious and not breathing. Grasping him around the chest with one arm, she used the other arm and her legs to swim toward shore with Robertson. Jamey was nearly exhausted and shouted for help. A man on a paddleboard responded, and he and Jamey placed Robertson on the board. The man took Robertson to shore, where he was removed from the water. Jamey swam to shore. Robertson was revived and taken to a hospital, where he was treated. He recovered.

Please can you help and spread the word
Our lovely Billy from DIY SOS had his car stolen a few days ago, with a rather obvious number plate.
Can you RT and see if we can find it for him, as it’s made him awfully sad
Thank you everyone
