Chris Seals ran a big PR in the 55m at the Parkside Classic of 6.62 seconds. His mark is just .02 seconds away from breaking into the Carthage Top 10 list and moved him up significantly on this season’s CCIW leaderboard.

This week past week at the NCC Heenan Invitational Jordan threw over a 5 foot PR in the weight throw. Later in the day he tied his PR in the shot put. #GoBirds

This week freshman Michael Herres ran a 26 second personal best in his collegiate debut in the mile. His time of 4:29.94 secured 3rd place and completed a 1-3 Carthage sweep. He later ran a strong leg on the winning 4x400m relay team. #GoBirds

1️⃣ - On February 4th Joseph White set the NCAA Division III Weight Throw record in the TARC with his 21.92m throw at the Tadd Metzger Invitational. Joseph currently owns 12 of the 15 furthest weight throws in NCAA Division III history!
