@radek_ratel ...All we have is what paypal has given us. So all transactional emails to let you know where an order is / get any feedback for problems can only go to that email address. Unfortunately, paypal don't give an option not to share your email and offer a different contact email.
@radek_ratel No problem, we'd like to help as much as we can. If paypal is used, paypal passes your contact / delivery information to us and because our checkout is bypassed there is no way to get a separate contact email address....TBC
@radek_ratel Emails are kept in the system against your transaction & are needed to send transactional emails. This would not be deleted unless a request is made for us to anonymise the account. We have no access to paypal payment details (nor should we), only a paypal transaction id.
@radek_ratel Thank you for your feedback. The feefo email is transactional (not a marketing email) & so we can give you an unbiased way to let us know how our service / your delivery was & deal with any problems that may have occurred. We can of course stop these emails at your request.
