@Siro0013 @AirCanada oh really? Ok i will try. So this means you just had to keep on calling until you get through? :/

[David Grossman @DavidBGrossman]

@aircanada and Air Canada Vacations should have been prepared with sufficient staff to answer questions from disrupted travelers after Canadian Government today issued Global Travel Advisory - not shut down phones with message to call at a later day/time. C'est terrible!

[C @Cas_Cee]

@naaiehhmess @AirCanadaVac @AirCanada we need to complain and make noise!!

[C @Cas_Cee]

We need to make some noise or else nothing will be done about it. @CTVVancouver @CTVNews @CNN @JustinTrudeau @AirCanada @AirCanadaRouge @cbcnewsbc @CBCVancouver @CBCNews

[C @Cas_Cee]

This kind of service is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be made right with customers such as I who have put so much trust over the years flying with Air Canada.

[C @Cas_Cee]

I tried calling Air Canada, was on hold for 2 hours only for them to tell me that they cannot help me with Air Canada Vacation bookings!!

[C @Cas_Cee]

I have been trying to call for weeks now and not once was I able to get through. I tried social media, but all your comments are disabled. I tried through the web form it kept returning a server error.
