@BBCSouthNews My Dad died at the end of Feb this year. It was traumatic, and every day is hard. I’ve received so many opt-out emails this year, more than actual emails from companies selling specific gifts, and it’s been overwhelming. They feel harder to cope with than the actual day.

@bt_uk My father passed away in Feb. You’ve failed my Mum multiple times since. Failure to register his bereavement twice/change the account holder, and didn’t change over the tariff on the switch that was agreed with customer services. Is this how you treat vulnerable customers?
