@askdepop I’ve been dealing with an issue over 15 days that hasn’t been resolved with Team Depop and they have just stopped responding to my messages. I’ve contacted Klarna to put a stop to the remaining payment and they’re opening and investigation. I really need help.

Intuit is NOT a technology company. QBO is not a good product. Case in point, all of our wasted time today.
QBO is rolling out changes. One of the changes is regarding people who use weekly timesheets in QBO and track their time and then pull that time into invoices.
Sometime today (Likely between noon and 2 PM EST) Intuit rolled out a change that effects this feature. In my office I first noticed it at 2 PM EST. In the end, two of us spent 4.5 hours total on the phone with Intuit. We talked to three technicians. For 3 hours no one could enter time or invoice and Intuit itself had no idea what was going on; however, they did eventually figure out it was changes Intuit made to QBO a couple of hours before.
Here is an idea for Intuit. Test the changes BEFORE you roll them out.
In the end, we got added to a larger group ticket number 112835. My tech told me we are supposed to hear back via email from Intuit engineers in 2-3 days. She told me if often takes 2-3 weeks. This is per the Intuit technician.
Note the Intuit technician was not happy about the product she supported...
Right now, most of us cannot use the weekly timesheet. Nope. Must use the single activity timesheet which takes longer and prevents you from easily checking the time you entered.
Intuit says it is a platform company with a state of the art platform.
Nope...
We were planning on getting out of time tracking in QBO anyway because it is not as good as it was in desktop. It was workable; however, just not as good.

@MikeSyl36625988 Need another competitor, Xero is not US based and does not fit my needs. QBO of around 2-3 years ago was perfect, just had enough and worked pretty flawless. Now it’s a huge headache with the things you are describing, the only way things will change is with US competition!
Tax season was just announced by the IRS, efile will open January 23, 2023! If you like to file day one contact us today to make sure you are ready!

@Verizon I am having a huge problem trying to rectify a problem with my business and personal lines. You have very poor customer service. I keep getting agents from outside of the country that cannot help with my problem. I’ve probably wasted over 12 hours of my life with this problem
