Suite à l'ordre de déposer leur réponse " au plus tard le 2 avril " pour l'Incident #1, TMSF, Motorola, Aydin Doğan et al. et divers défendeurs, au total un groupe de 8, ont déposé leur réponse avec près d'un mois de retard.
Notamment, Vodafone et 4 autres groupes de défendeurs, ayant déjà disposé de plus de 7 mois ont demandé plus de temps, et ont obtenu un dernier délai au 31 mai 2024.
Suite à cet ordre donné aux défendeurs, et en appliquant le principe juridique de l'égalité des armes, le tribunal a donné aux demandeurs de cas (qui ont le dernier mot dans la procédure dans l'"Incident No1"), de déposer leur réponse pour le 31 janvier 2025, et a fixé le prochain randezvous judiciaire pour le 18 février 2025, et provisoirement la date de plaidoirie pour le 18 mars 2025.

Incident No 1’e Yanıtlarını "en geç 2 Nisan'a kadar" sunmaları için verilen emire uymayan davalılardan, TMSF, Motorola, Aydin Doğan ve ekibi dahil toplamda 8 çeşitli davalılar yaklaşık bir aylık gecikme ile dilekçelerini mahkemeye sundular.
Özellikle, 7 aydan fazla bir süreden sonra Vodafone ve diğer 4 Davalı gurup yalvararak mahkemeden daha fazla süre talep etmeleri dikkat çekti. Neticede kendilerine 31 Mayıs 2024 tarihine kadar son bir süre verildi.
Bu 31 Mayıs kararını takiben, Mahkeme, eşitlik ilkesi uyarınca, Davacılara ("Incident No1" davasında son sözü sahip olan taraf) 31 Ocak 2025 tarihine kadar cevaplarını sunmaları için sure verdi, bir sonraki randevu tarihini 18 Şubat 2025 olarak belirleyerek geçici olarak da 18 Mart 2025 savunmaların tartışılma tarihi olarak belirledi.

Update 30 April 2024 – Case of the Century – Winterfell
Following the order to file their reply « no later than 2 April » for the Incident #1, TMSF, Motorola, Aydin Doğan et al.. and various defendants, in total a group of 8, filed their response nearly one month late.
Notably, Vodafone and 4 other Defendant groups, already having had more than 7 months asked for more time, and were given a final deadline of 31 May 2024.
Following this order to the Defendants, and applying the legal principal of equality of arms, the court gave the Claimants (who have the last word in the proceeding in the « Incident No1»), to file their response by 31 January 2025, and set the next randezvous judiciaire for 18 February 2025, and provisionally the plaidoirie date for 18 March 2025.

6.5 ay sonra, SADECE TMSF kendi itirazlarına cevabını 20 günlük bir gecikmeyle (tarih 2/04/24'ten önceydi) sunmayı başardı. Bakalım Motorola, Vodafone, Ferit Şahenk ve diğer 51 davalı, 30/04/24 tarihinde yapılması planlanan randevulu durusma gunu öncesi cevaplarını sunacaklar mı?

After 6.5 months, ONLY TMSF managed to file its reply to its own objections with a delay of 20 days (date was before 2/04/24). Lets see if 51 Defendants, like Motorola, Vodafone, Ferit Sahenk, others will file their reply before the randevous judiciaire scheduled for 30/04/24.
