@PitneyBowes @ECampbell49 After 10 mins on hold, your tech support folks say that the meters still aren't operational, so this is incorrect. For anyone else with a meter stuck on boot up loop, pls don't waste your time calling (and if ur meter works i'm jealous)

@PitneyBowes Your update indicates that I should be able to use my meter, just without an ability to refill postage. Mine is actually just stuck in an endless boot up loop. Is that related? Anyone else having this issue? If so, would be helpful for PB to update & say that.
