If you see or know someone struggling, help them. Please, everyone deserves a chance to overpower their demons. It will save you the pain and questions of why they took their own lives. You could help them by making this fight turn from their fight to your fight too.

I lost 4 friends from mental illnesses & it hurts me to even think about the struggle they had to fight. The demons they had were too strong for them & they couldn't handle it anymore. I pray every day for another chance to see them, to talk to them, & to hug them one last time.

Mental illnesses isn't something that should be taken lightly. It's a topic that most people tend to just push away, but we hear the news everyday about someone suffering from their inner demons. I pray that everyone takes care of their mental health and seek help right away.

My heart aches as I look back at the journey Jonghyun had. I stopped listening to KPOP in grade 9, but every now and then I would play some songs with my sisters. Part of my childhood has died hearing this news and with the holidays coming up it hit hard.
