@Delta We were downgraded from Comfort+, split up from our family (with a baby), and told there was "nothing that could be done" — with attitude. We paid for our upgrade for a reason. Can someone make this right?
The saga continues. After literally 4 hours of customer service back and forth yesterday, we booked a flight 10 hours later than our original. Only to find out it was delayed by an hour on our way to the airport. On top of that, got to the airport and aren’t allowed to check in
