@PizzaSportsGuy They're done. In off-season they desperately need to get younger and more skilled. Not older and grittier. I will lose my mind if they try to trade their first for another vet #isles

@rohan_connolly I can cop bad on-field performance, no worries. But EFC seems like a horrible organisation, preying on vulnerable in the community for cash and never taking responsibility for anything. Culture internally seems selfish, arrogant, entitled. Think I'm out.

@COLILIFEsince72 @seanyhockey Well said. This is my read as well, although I think him leaving the way he did galvanized the isles culture and identity in some ways. They were gritty, proud and tough in those Trotz years in ways I'm not sure would have been entirely replicated if he'd stayed. Sliding doors.

@stefen_rosner @TheHockeyNews Losing is one thing, habitually blowing 3rd period leads is another. Having no excitement or hope in the roster playing fun or positive hockey is the worst of all though.

Please get rid of Lou and invest in the draft or young prospects.

Make the #isles fun to watch again.

I get you gotta make money but it's just so bleak and desperately, desperately sad. Not even angry, it's just sad for sports.
