They’ve been joy riding down every dead end climate road and now want us to walk to town for gas.

Require emission reductions from Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, Nigeria, Mexico, and the good old USA before letting their oil into Canada. Impose pollution standards on India and China before letting their stuff in.

I see the Liberal leadership race as a kind of referendum on how oblivious Canadian voters can be. They are actually believing the, “We’ve changed”, shtick.
No hope for this crowd.
Even Poilievre is pandering.
Alberta is much better off as an independent country.

A more robust action than just buying local and building refineries is to cut the ties restraining us.
Alberta needs to leave Canada and become an independent country.

It is Liberal leftist policies that have left the oil and gas industry in Canada with the USA as its only customer. And now they want to spit on that 1 customer. (for votes)

The risk and the cost are mainly a consequence of Quebec obstruction. This will not change.
The best way to get western oil and gas to the east coast and to Europe is to build export infrastructure, including armed polar icebreakers, on Hudsons Bay.

Saskatchewan needs an independence referendum too. Both Alberta and Saskatchewan need to hold simulanteous referendums to secede together to form a new independent Western nation. It's been put off for far too long. 2027 is 2 years from now so let's get going.
