This seems like a good source of answers for the common questions about implementing PBI learning.

@jlblaski @NeoPolitanPoki @kmjbui @MrChadBerry @unt_msj It's great that this change is beginning to occur, but I think the real thing to focus on and the real reason this is so effective is because of who is doing it. It's easy to disregard politicians but when 10 year olds can clearly see a problem, we need to start paying attention.
