Most of These rentals have 10’ ceilings, washer dryers and nice finishes. They live much larger then the sq. Footage would indicate. They are in quiet suburban neighborhoods which young professionals prefer vs. living down town or at the beach. Who are moderate income earners? Teachers, firefighters and young professionals. I believe if you make the median salary in San Diego (approx. 100k) you should be able to live in the City you serve in a nice quiet neighborhood. I don’t feel sorry for Nimby’s who are excluding the opportunity to our young professionals who want the same opportunity to live in a nice central neighborhood in SD that they were afforded prior to rents and home prices soaring out of control.
@libsoftiktok Now this is entertainment! Clown show having childish meltdowns and still have zero clue that they’ve alienated the majority of the Dem base.
