Jokes that are going too far:
– $25 fast food meals – Paying property taxes on a home I already own – $400k "starter homes" – 3% raises with 4% inflation – Daycare costing more than rent – Working my whole life to "enjoy" 10 years of retirement
Hilarious. Truly.

If more money amplifies your ego, then less money amplifies your sensitivity. I'd rather laugh with ego than cry being soft. Maybe try it sometime. #Ego#MoneyMindset#Mindset
Every broke person copes the same way. They can't touch you on money, discipline or results — so they go straight for your soul. "Wait till the afterlife." Nah. I'm enjoying this one. #MoneyMindset#Success#Mindset
Five years, same channel, same rules.
Bottom band I'm buying. Top band I'm trimming. Everything in between I'm quiet.

The gap isn't intelligence.
It's that some kids inherit a structure — and a playbook — before they can read.
Everyone else inherits a W-2 and figures it out at 30.
Every crash follows the same script.
Warnings → euphoria → shock → cascade → fire sale.
The only variable is whether you're positioned before step three or after it. 🧵👇
The real American dream: earn in dollars, live somewhere your dollar goes 10x further. Bali on rupiah is the obvious one, but Thailand, Colombia, Portugal, and Mexico all work too. You don't need to earn more — you need to spend where the dollar is strongest.
Rich families make each other banks. Investments pay an offshore LLC → offshore pays the family back as loans or payroll → those payments fund a life insurance policy → you borrow against it and repeat. A couple of LLCs and a trust. It never leaves the family.
$4,500/mo in the US: rent, insurance, car, gas, groceries, loans — paycheck to paycheck. $2,000/mo in Asia: rent, all meals out, a housekeeper, nights out — plus $500 saved. It's not about income. It's purchasing power.
Official public records: American, 37, broke. No job. No income. No tax bills. Actual net worth: $70M+. This isn't a loophole — it's the system working exactly as designed for people who know how to structure income and assets legally.
Billions in income flowing into Florida. Billions flowing out of California. Texas gaining, New York losing — before the Mamdani effect even shows up in the data.
When a state loses that much revenue, it makes it up from whoever's still there.
That's the part to think about.
Everyone's excited about AI.
I found something better — a teleportation device that takes you anywhere beautiful in the world.
It's called money.
Philippines today. Seoul yesterday. Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia before that.
Money isn't the goal. Optionality is.
Poor families teach you to avoid debt. Rich families teach you to use it — to strip equity out of your assets so there's nothing left for people to come after. Look broke on paper. Nothing to attack.
"We're finally selling all our real estate."
Not true.
The real flex is having the option to — and renting the jet, the villa, the Ferraris with the income instead. Keep the assets. Rent the lifestyle. Let your tenants fund it.
Never sell it.
Unpopular opinion: people rooting for a market crash aren't predicting anything. They're ashamed they never got in. Even if it crashed, they still wouldn't buy — there's no price that works for someone who was never going to act.
You won't like this, but it's true: to get rich, you have to lose it all first. Friends. Relationships. Comfort. The version of you that started won't survive the climb. Nobody preps you for how much of a "loser" you have to become before you're a winner.
Coffee: $7 in the US. 30¢ in Indonesia.
Shirt: $20 at H&M. $1 here.
But this is the one that gets people:
Your rent in another country costs less than your utility bill back home. Your utility bill costs what your phone bill costs. Your phone bill costs a Netflix subscription.
Trust structures. Corporate wireframes. Equity stripping. Multiple partnership interests inside multiple revocable structures. Bridging domestic and international jurisdictions. My brain does this constantly. Never stops.
Look at that diagram and tell me honestly,is this normal?
Your LLC dies when you die. Your trust documents take weeks to release. A death certificate takes longer.
So we put POD (paid on death) on every bank account. The bank has to release the cash immediately.
That one line does more for my kids than the entire binder above it.
