@Infosys_GSTN made an application for refund under IDS for which provisional & final order are received & I have received amount of final order (i.e. 10%) however provisional refund is still not credited to account. Raised multiple tickets on site but they just close the ticket.

@nsitharaman filed refund application 2 months back. Order for same issued but amount not received till date. GST self service have kept my ticket open for past 15 days and no reply. Wrote to @Infosys_GSTN but now they have stopped responding. Is this ease of doing business madam

Its really sad that after so much time my problem stands as it was a month back and u dont find a solution for it till now

@Infosys_GSTN raised an issue that amount of refund application filed under IDS is not credited to bank on 27 june. Several tickets on gst self service has been raised. Is this how gst and infosys are making ease of doing business by just replying “ we are working on it.”
