“Jia…finds Alyssa…for the Win”
A fitting end to the match, a perfect set by Jia & a powerful spike from Alyssa!
The JiaLy connection that we have missed so much!
Finally natupad na ang pangarap natin na makita natin mag set si Jia for Alyssa!
phenom in Phi volleyball, and nobody comes close. When she retires, the title retires with her. anyone can chase her records, but you can never recreate her impact in this community. There will be no next her.
@prisonpIaybook Those who only became fans during the Bella/Angel era might mock Alyssa, but they can never erase what she has done for PH Volleyball. Her phenomenal impact completely turned the sport upside down and paved the way for everyone playing today.
i remember uaap season 76 we were literally at a family reunion and my sister and i were watching game 3 between admu and dlsu 😭😭 alyssa was just SOOO charismatic that everyone at home ended up watching with us and rooting for ateneo especially her … idk how to explain it she just had that kind of energy na kahit hindi ka naman talaga volleyball fan, mapapa-root ka sa kanya. THAT was her appeal. you really just had to be there.
i dont think new volleyball fans will ever understand how HUGE alyssa valdez was (still is) during her uaap days 😭 she brought SOOO many new fans into the sport. yung fan culture na meron ang uaap and pvl ngayon, a lot of it started during her era. her prime may have passed but her contribution to ph volleyball is INCOMPARABLE. she didn’t just make a name for herself, she helped grow the sport and the community around it.
“She’s having a hard time to eat, bec.the fans, her fan service thank you Alyssa”
Ibang level talaga ang fan service ni Ly
thanks po @leahranin at sa mga @Alyfinity2 admins!
Special thanks to Sir @manelavice for taking care of Ly, we really appreciate it!

An Open Letter to Alex Eala
Dear Alex,
As an ardent fan and admirer, I write to you not in disappointment, but in deep respect for the hard work, dedication, and passion you have shown on the court. Every match you play, whether in triumph or in setback, reminds us of the courage it takes to carry the hopes of a nation at just 21 years old.
Losses in Singapore, the Asian Games, and now Wuhan may feel heavy, but they do not define you. They are chapters in the larger story of your journey — a journey built on resilience, discipline, and the refusal to give up. Champions, even the greatest, have faced slumps. What sets them apart is the wisdom to regroup, the humility to learn, and the fire to rise again.
You have already proven you belong among the world’s best. From Wimbledon to Washington, you showed us the brilliance of your game and the strength of your spirit. That same spirit will carry you forward. Consult your mentors, lean on your team, and trust in the preparation that has brought you this far.
We, your supporters, believe in you. We see not just a tennis player, but a symbol of Filipino pride — resilient in adversity, humble in success, and relentless in pursuit of excellence.
Alex, keep fighting. Keep dreaming. Keep believing. The next victory is waiting, and we will be here, cheering you on every step of the way.
With admiration and hope,
An ardent fan

Alex Eala Interview after her Wuhan Open Shocking Exit:
"The most I can do, I feel at the moment, is to give back to my country and to my fellow Filipinos, is to just do my best and, you know, continue to work hard and try to inspire people and show them that this possible just through the things that I do."
"My opinion [about the draw] is that there's not going to be any easy matches."
"And so what I'm going to try to do is take it match by match and try to, you know, focus one step at a time and try to bring out the best level that I can bring out."
We will continue to support you, Alex 🥺♥️

The more matalo c Alex, mas need nya moral support and encouragement, hindi bashing. Baka may pinagdadaanan din. Ang hirap kaya Tennis. Ganun talaga, next tournament na lang ulit. 🙃🙏
