Now I understand how a gift to my son was supposedly delivered when it was not and insured. But I lost out . Told Amazon. Now I have a note for USPS since they delivered incorrectly and are having another package delivery today.

@USPS Went to the 85255 post office today at 9:35am didn’t get to leave until 10:14 am. I’ve lived here for many decades and never saw this problem except for right before Christmas. It seems that many people did not show up for work and the USPS can’t fire people.

@customer_Help94 As requested I contacted the UPS store it is a kid who is the only one there he told me usually works on saturdays has no way to do anything. I requested the owner call me as they have no manager. I have been to the store twice for this claim called now twice. I need help

@UPS @cflood03 @UPS I reported a package was never delivered on January 6, 2026 claim number 000-06-928779 to the office where I sent the package. Eventhough I contacted the sending office and your UPS capital office many times no one will respond. This package was insured and was not deliver
