Sports in Kansas ⚾️ All-Classes & 5A Pitcher of the Year: Tyner Horn, Goddard-Eisenhower

Horn led the Tigers to back-to-back 5A state tournaments with his dominance on the mound. He went 6-0 on the season and pitched 38.1 innings with a perfect 0.00 ERA. He struck out 65 on the year for a 46% strikeout percentage. He walked just 9 batters and gave up only 12 hits. Opponents hit just .095 against Horn as he topped out at 96 MPH. Horn will stay home to play for the Shockers of Wichita State – he should be pretty familiar with Eck Stadium that plays host to the 5A state tournament. Horn had one of the greatest seasons in high school baseball history and also earned the all-classes pitcher of the year from Sports in Kansas.

The Wichita State signee topped out at 96 mph. On the season, Horn has a 0.00 ERA in 11 innings pitched with just 4 hits/2 walks allowed and 17 strikeouts.
