@TheAgenda It'd be nice to have a "pure" election without poling interference. An election where people simply vote for the person they'd like elected, and don't use polling to influence their decision i.e. strategic voting, or not even voting if polls show their vote is not needed to win.
@spaikin We really enjoy the onpoli segments each week, it brings out our inner poli-nerds. But we always wonder what people listening to the show (not watching) think when you ask John to give you some sugar, which means give me a kiss. A bit odd, unless we're missing something.
@spaikin Geographically speaking, northern Ontario (the northern half) starts around Kapuskasing/Cochrane. Those below are merely Northern Ontario 'posers'. Also, Canada occupies more of (North) America than "America" does. (Americans don't like that fact, I've learned)

Re: The War We Won Apart.
Thank you for your work on this. Such an incredibly interesting story, before, during and after the war. Such lives lived! As always, your writing and journalism skills and your integrity are much appreciated here. Bravo!
@FeistMusic A belated entry re: The last Massey Hall concert. This concert was a game changer for me, in that it showed what a concert could be. (and I've been going to concerts for 50 years). Bravo Leslie Feist, you made my day, week and month. (and more, really)
@theJagmeetSingh@ILWUCanada Jagmeet hasn't bothered reading the mediators contract that has them ending up with $57./hr plus an extensive list of bonuses/benefits. He supports them since there's no way they can afford to live with only $120k AND their partner's income. Seriously?
@spaikin We take it from your not knowing what a growler is that you're not a beer drinker. Never too late.
(almost as shocking as a well educated friend who had never heard of the Avro Arrow. How is that possible?)
@spaikin Allow me to resolve the question about the pronunciation of the letter Z. If you're Canadian, and speak English, its ZED. If you're American and speak/spell broken English, it's Zee. For many younger people, so heavily US influenced growing up, it's zee.
@FeistMusic Read about your spot on Georgian Bay. Summer days are lazy hazy, autumn days gorgeous and winter day, best of all...can be magical. I recommend night walks on the ice in winter, with the stars above and the wolves and owls howling & hooting in the background.
@BogochIsaac We really appreciate all the time you've taken over the past few years to appear on radio & television programmes, to inform and put things in perspective. Thanks for that.
@soniarpersaud Interesting opinion piece in The Star, but I'm not convinced Pharmacists would over prescribe any more than physicians do. With their extended knowledge of the mechanism of a particular drug, it could just as easily lead to less prescriptions.
@maggierogers I was attracted to your video for all the wrong reasons, and ended up falling in love with a song. Horses. Smitten with a listen. Goosebumps even....and that doesn't happen often. Brilliant. (Didn't know of you prior)
@namshine Just a short note to say that we think you're doing an excellent job on The Agenda. And you're quite the story yourself, with your history...amazing accomplishment to get where you are Nam! Highly admired.
@BobHepburn We went to Pearson dreading the worst, but found the exact opposite. We arrived at 8:30 am for a domestic flight, and it took us 2 minutes to clear security, start to finish, including (no) line up. 2 minutes ! It was a bare min. of 45 min. pre-Covid.
@DianeNTherrien Saw you follow Raywat. He's the voice of reason, not that it matters; reason left the province months ago. (it seems most don't learn from history and are doomed to repeat it.) Let the seventh wave begin!
