Like other victims, my repair surgeon described my damaged tissue as being in a condition they expect to see in a pt. w/ advanced cancer. 'Organs were glued together w/ pus,needed to be peeled apart.' Another's were described as 'wet tissue paper.'
So wrong.

But you need one, and a good objective GP to oversee your care, ASAP. (Also, speak to victim groups/attorneys as soon as you are up for it.) And report it & keep notes.

@ChelseaJoPerez1 I understand. Same happened to me. Plus, the info is not out in the open & the informed consent is not created to fully inform us. For ex, "vaginal cuff dehiscence" doesn't sound like 'insides may fall out.' Bleeding Edge is a helpful documentary to watch. Good luck! 💛

I'm guessing head transplants aren't performed bec potential complications are horrific. Who decided intestines falling through the vagina is an acceptable risk? Who approves use of a robot that cannot be properly cleaned & often leads to deadly infection?

I wouldn't.Wish I had known about the dangers&complications before.Surgeons are not fully aware of the risks & paid by Intuitive. Do ur own research, know it's worse than it looks.Complications are underreported&Intuit. has silenced many w/ settlements.

@fudanshi15 @whitecoatterror Ah,makes sense. Like diffusing a bomb. If the only way to save a wounded soldier in a battlefield is w/ a filthy robot that might kill them when they may die anyway, I suppose it's a risk worth taking. Different standards are needed for patients with benign conditions.
