LOVE that upon moving to my new home that not only was internet unavailable, but I was billed for 4 months for said unavailable service. After finally canceling the service, my tv service has now been suspended d/t me refusing to pay the cancellation fee. @ATT Care to explain??
@ATTCares I didn’t actually think it would take an hour to remedy this. Even a simpleton can figure out that an individual can withdraw from a contract without monetary repercussion when agreed upon services are not provided.
@ATT I’d ask a customer service representative over the phone, but I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes. Perhaps someone monitoring your social media accounts will be more helpful.
Just going to go ahead and warn all my friends. DO. NOT. GO. WITH. @ATT. They will leave you with NO INTERNET FOR MONTHS AND WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND STILL BILL YOU FOR IT. This is by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had with an internet provider. #ATT#DONT

Guess I’m going to switch to @dish because cleary @DIRECTV can’t figure out my CORRECT address even after being on the phone countless times and STILL screwing it up. Missed two days of work because of these guys and still have NO FREAKING TELEVISION.
Hey @dish, I have thoroughly enjoyed being on hold to cancel my instillation for 30+ minutes. I’m thankful that once you deem it necessary to actually supply customer service, I’ll never have to deal with this joke of a provider again.
