@Accor I would like to make a reservation via my accor account, but I realised my account was still in my maiden name. I have put in a request for my name to be updated. Do I need to wait for this to change before making a booking? If so, how long will this take?

@SamsungHelpUK I only just realised my Samsung Care+ protection was cancelled back in Nov as I looked at it this evening after my watch strap broke. Is there a way to reactivate the plan at all or get a new one or is this now not possible since the purchase was back in Aug?

@Halfords_uk How can I reach your help centre? It constantly comes up with a 403 forbidden error when I click on it. I cancelled my premium account, but was still charged after cancelling & never refunded. My account shows I don't have premium yet you have my money. Refund please

@DWPgovuk Are the lines to your job centre plus offices actually open now? I can't seem to get through to them. I need to report a change in circumstances and, therefore, cancel my next appointment, but I keep getting hung up on. The number worked fine the last time I used it.

@LinkedInUK Has something changed with recommendations? Mine are all suddenly missing from my profile, & the links to them in my messages from others just goes to a blank page. As a job seeker, these recommendations were valuable to me & I was really shocked to see them missing.

Just got back from @waitrose GSG and found the scones I picked up are already out of date. I was so vigilant looking at the date for meat and other bits, but I must have missed this. So many things were on or near their expiry date in the store. Disappointed 😞

@Tesco what is going on? You cancel a delivery the night before, but still allow people to add to their order up until the usual time then there's no more delivery slots for over a week. I already booked a slot for the same time next week, but that leaves me with no food now.

@HotelChocolat what happened to my milk chocolate Easter egg I ordered? I had it in my order then my invoice didn't have it on. No communication to say what has happened to the other egg. Now I only have one for Easter and not 2. Very disappointed.

@BootsUK I've just got home to find an item missing from my bag that I purchased earlier from your Orpington store. I can see it on the receipt & I've also just noticed that I've been charged twice for some Gilette razors when I only got one pack. Very disappointed.

@nextofficial a little bit disappointed that 2 of the items I bought my daughter in the sales have little holes in where the sales tag was. Bought a couple of weeks ago but only just taken the tags off & found they left a hole. Other tag was fine just the one with the sale label

@Tesco Disappointed that the outfit I bought my daughter has managed to get a hole in on the first day of wearing. It was just from a usual day of wear so really shouldn't tear like this. I bought it a while ago & due to her size & the weather we've not managed to wear until now

@cybex_global we've just come home & taken off the car seat off the base & it suddenly started beeping. Everything was still green apart from the seat that we'd just taken off. Checked the leg several times & see no reason why it won't stop beeping. Why is it constantly beeping?
