Agreed. I wasted an entire day waiting for my pod that never arrived. In addition I spent 3 hours on phone w them yesterday and over 2 hours today. Was promised early drop off tomorrow and they would email/text time tonight. Never received any email or text. I paid extra for early window because I have to get items out of home before major construction. I am really concerned tomorrow will also be a no show. I have never done business with any company this bad. The absolute worst. They don’t care at all about you or your reservation.

Worst moving/storage company ever. Never delivered my pod. Now I’m stuck w construction crew arriving and they won’t be able to work. Customer service claims they can’t get in contact w the manager Jim at armonk ny storage place. What? So I have to just hope and pray they show up tomorrow because now I paid extra for first delivery window but never got promised email and text of delivery time window.

Still dealing w/ @PODS who missed their delivery at my home yesterday. Asked me to pay extra fee for early am guarantee delivery for Monday which I did (have no choice need pod by Monday am) and now they say delivery will be late Monday. What kind of business is run like this? Don’t ever do business with PODS. They are awful. Jim Gimeson, president and CEO get your act together! Your company is the worst one I ave ever encountered. But leaves a huge space open for moving and storage businesses who can deliver what’s promised.#neverhirePODS
