@TomMontalk@Ragnarly C.S. Lewis thought that the 'new man' had arrived and transmuted to us the next step in evolution via the cross (Mere Christianity). I will confess an infatuation with gnostic thought, however. When making music, I get glimpses of what a permanent flow state would be like. Bliss
@TomMontalk@maschavoli I used to be terrified at being left behind by these breakaways. Now, I think more than anything it isn't IQ or wealth that grants initial entry into them. But the utter compromise of morality. A man with any shred of decency might find his existence in these BAs soul-deadening.
@ders_q@Jason_Jorjani Katherine Fitts talks about billions in 'mis allocated' funds going towards intricate nation-spanning D.U.M.B.S. Physically, they might be underground. Who knows. Be interesting to hear his take.
@gangatoday1 @movie_tvshows_ Serious question. No bull. With how dark the NHI/demons/inter dimensional parasites are, do you find it difficult enjoying beautiful work like this? Is there even a place for it in this universe? It feels like two different realities colliding. LOH2 was amazing. Is it escapism?
@fringedotcom@TimothyAlberino Needed that Fringe. Thank you. It seems a bit odd at first finding faith in the midst of so much alien talk, but then I'm reminded of Mel Gibson in Signs. It's literally the main current of the film. Finding God in the middle of an alien invasion. Maybe prescient wisdom from MNS.
