Huge thanks to @FulhamFC and @ReadingFC. The support you showed our team of walkers @walkandtalkmmh has been amazing. The stadium reception from the fans at half time was truly moving for us all. Together we can make a difference 🤝to sponsor 👉🏻https://t.co/xNvfPAPHQc
12 men per day die from suicide in the whole UK, that's more than the whole starting 11 in a football team. 2 people a day in Scotland alone. Football can be part of the solution. Join #WalkAndTalkMMH Dundee Derby walk 8th Nov. let's be the change. Main contact @RichRedandBlue1
We all did it! Around 200 Arsenal and Palace made it to the Emirates on #WalkAndTalk to help raise awareness of mental health issues and try to avert Male suicide. Well done to all who took part. Here's Paul @binlid1969 to explain why this cause is so important. #GoonerFanzineTV
