🚨‼️ The man accused of shoving another man off a boat dock in Ruskin, Florida in 2024 and throwing his body into the water was found guilty on Wednesday.

A jury found 52-year-old Kamal Padlowski guilty of one count of murder after a brief trial that took place over the span of three days. The family of the victim, Melvin Jimenez, was in court.

Padlowski also took the stand during trial.
“All the things he was saying was just total lies. And to try to go after my husband’s character that way is just so awful,” said the victims wife, Angela.

On Wednesday, following the jury’s decision, a judge revoked bond for Padlowski and adjudicated him guilty.
Sentencing has been scheduled for Aug. 17 at 2 p.m., with post trial motions to be heard at that time.
He faces up to life in prison.
