Denouncing top-level corruption in the @UN_MINUSMA

I need your help!

In 2021, a project officially entitled: “Muso ni Demiseni Ka Kolochi Bulon (MDK)- Vestibules de veille des femmes pour une transition et des élections inclusives" was initiated in Mali with the goal of benefitting 1500 women and creating 70 jobs.

To that end, CFA 270 million (approximately USD 500 000) of Norwegian and Canadian funds were disbursed; this represents 50% of the total amount for the project. However, there is strong reason to suspect serious corruption by the management team of the project within the MINUSMA. The alleged corrupt practices are of a nature to undermine the prospects of attaining the project objectives.

After the project ended and despite several requests, its report was not made available to the public as is customary. It is therefore unknown how the money of Canadian and Norwegian taxpayers was put to use in this project and if targeted goals were attained.

Therefore, I need your help in signing this petition asking MINUSMA, Canada and Norway to investigate the alleged corruption and to publicize the final report of the project.
