For Parents
Many people treat prayer as the last thing left to do, but prayer is one of the strongest expressions of love a parent can offer.
Prayer brings your children before the throne of God. Prayer reaches into places your hands cannot touch and your words cannot enter.
Parents - NEVER stop praying! 🙏🏼
VERSE OF THE DAY - REFLECTION
“Return to your rest, my soul, for the Lord has been good to you.”
~ Psalm 116: 7
It’s easy to become consumed by worries, responsibilities and the constant demands of life. Our minds race, our hearts grow weary and peace can feel out of reach.
Yet this verse calls us back to rest.
Not just physical rest, but the deep soul-rest that comes from remembering God's faithfulness. When we stop and reflect on all the ways He has carried us, provided for us, comforted us and answered prayers along the way, we are reminded that we can trust Him with today as well.
God has been faithful before.
He is faithful now.
And He will be faithful tomorrow.
What is one way God has been good to you that you can thank Him for today?
@KObregonWriter I am afraid I may end up dealing with this soon. My mom's memory and frustrations are becoming more and more. Sad thing is both my siblings are deceased. Keeping you all in prayer 🙏
Today we honor those who gave their lives for our country.
May God grant peace to those who have an empty place at the table.
Lord, help us live with gratitude and respect for all who have served. Let us not forget or take their sacrifice for granted.
Holy Spirit, lead us as individuals, and as a nation, to honor the Lord Jesus Christ. We rededicate ourselves to you.
To God be the glory!
May Jesus Christ be praised!
