Charlotte Caldwell’s campaign to access legal cannabis oil for severely epileptic son Billy led to historic law change in 2018

The Castlederg woman has founded a new campaign movement, TRACD (Transparent Regulated Adult-Use Controlled Data), which is calling for an overhaul of drug laws to create a legal, strictly regulated market for adult recreational cannabis users.
