@jameshamilton I can't run to songs as I get really disheartened or annoyed if I'm not running to the beat. I listen to podcasts and use the Zombies, Run app because I bloody love a narrative and need to have a reason for running, even if the running is fictional zombies creeping up behind you.

We've just seen @DFTC_band perform for the first time and upon getting home immediately backed their Kickstarter. Fantastic music by wonderful people who really seem to enjoy what they're doing. Check out the KS because I would love a launch tour of this album!
