Year 2 started their new English topic of biographies today using the #littlepeoplebigdreams books. They picked out the features of biographical texts and loved hearing about the lives of Prince, Coco Chanel and @RuPaul #KS1 #biography #educateandcelebrate #diversitymatters

Class 2 have been looking at the work of Georgia O’Keeffe this week and loved recreating her flowers!

Class 1’s butterflies have emerged from their chrysalides! We were so excited to see them spread their wings and roll our their long proboscis. It has been wonderful watching them change and grow.

Year 2 have been out in their garden today, planting beetroot and purple sprouting broccoli, as well as tending their mange tout, tomato and sweet pea plants! Thank you to Carol for the bug hotel and for helping us keep it tidy 🌱
