Uber actually charged me $23 to get a $5.00 Cancelation fee returned

Make sure all charges by Uber are legit. I have bank charges that Uber won’t provide any details for. And I got charged for getting assistance after a driver went to wrong pickup spot and canceled leaving my wife with stage 4 cancer to wonder around looking for him.

I complained with Uber and they reimbursed me the fee but then charged me $23 for Uber Help. Then I se a $65 charge they say is from mid May but it doesn’t show in my history and I was not even in Calgary. I asked for details and they won’t respond

I ordered uber for my wife at the Cancer Center in Calgary Alberta and the driver didn’t go to the patient pickup/drop off in front of main doors. She has stage for cancer and couldn’t wonder around looking for a white car that parked 100m away. Driver canceled and charged me $6.
