@julesgambit showed this to a non-chess person. Here's what he said, 'cool tune but I didn't learn anything about what's happening', it's way too fast, no faces, the names are not even readable in real time'.
@Hunter02277@JamesRLandrum@ystrayz_ 'Being around diagnosed children' is what's giving you the bias. You have no idea who I am, how I know her, how close I am to her, etc. You guys seriously, literally, don't know what you are talking about. Stop playing the internet diagnosticians, implying she's lying. Be better.
@JamesRLandrum@ystrayz_ lol you literally made me chuckle because you have no idea what you are talking about, and obviously you don't know enough about Anita .. The question is, are you gonna actually go look her up and learn more, or you gonna stick to your 'theories that could stir debate'?
@thechessnerd@JamesMaskell15 Even if 10 million. That petition is worth jack sh*t legally. BTW, one person can sign many times. It doesn't require any ID. The site accepts $ for 'promoting' the cause, which some see as a scam. It's a 'feel good' site and might make a good title for the media, that's all
@mmehdikhani70@DeveshsK_@GMHikaru Adults talk to each other and resolve their issues, sometimes privately. Naroditsky was in a Hikaru stream a few days appreciating Hikaru for having his back and gifting subs to him. Watch this too.
@DeveshsK_@DefensePolitics@GMHikaru You yourself said Hikaru doesn't lack money. He just won 45K playing a 2-day online tournament for a few hours. You think he's waiting for the revenue of that one video? He has a team, they made a fixable mistake. Honestly, monetizing and donating is better than not monetizing.
@thechessnerd@lonningspils@GMHikaru On the website it says first round of the open is on Sat 11:30am Also, sometimes late participants don't show up on chessresults. There are no pairings yet, which often means the list isn't finalized. You probably looked at the Rapid tournament, which did start already.
@fins0905 To this day, almost everybody I meet, and I tell them I'm into chess, they talk about 'the guy who cheated with a*al bea*s', as if it actually happened. Sigh ... Not caring to know what basic facts are is becoming scary.
@iy41124497@EmilSutovsky@GothamChess It's not even your typical non-rated event. It's simply a show. Those players came together and put on a show with different rules/etiquette that they all accepted. That's all..... You are welcome.
@iy41124497@EmilSutovsky@GothamChess They're paid to do that. You don't find it tasteful, probably because you're judging based on typical chess events' etiquette. It isn't that. It's a non-rated show. I came across this comment somewhere: (It's like you are trying to apply Olympic wrestling etiquette to WWE).
@iy41124497@EmilSutovsky@GothamChess If you mean you get to have your own opinion, then duh, so does everybody. You're the one who came to my comment to discuss your opinion, and when I tell you why it's not convincing, your response is that it's your opinion you can have it?
@iy41124497@EmilSutovsky@GothamChess Sorry, I won't go through a thread to get your point. You responded to me here, put your opinion here if you want. Otherwise, move on.
