🚨Day one of Tyler Robinson's five-day preliminary hearing in Provo, Utah and it's already getting interesting.

Erika Kirk, Charlie Kirk's widow, walked out of the courtroom with what observers described as "a look of uncertainty" right as Robinson's defense team objected to a piece of evidence being shown on screen.

Donald Trump Jr. was also in attendance.

This week prosecutors need only show probable cause which is a lower bar than a full trial. They're presenting DNA evidence, autopsy findings, witness statements and video of the shooting.

The defense is challenging the DNA saying up to five or more people's DNA was found on some items, and a federal bullet analysis "could not identify or exclude" the recovered rifle as the murder weapon.

Candace Owens' highly publicized take: "Today is about emotion. The real trial will come later."
