@ShaunLintern @MedicWeary Yes, I have a SPQDN and still had to resit basics I have been doing for years as I moved trusts. It's not the trusts fault but the way things are set up

@ShaunLintern This is so sad, and our daily job. Trying to visit all who need it but have to prioritise and defer daily. Allocation of work and knowing those left more than likely won't be seen. Under funding District Nurses specialist role and burn out increasing vacancies. Heartbreaking 😢
