Hey @FunkoEurope - are you able to help escalate issues? I got a ticket number starting with 01 on the 28th November, and my issue has been misunderstood several times, and now I’ve been ignored for 8 days. I placed two orders - both have one item Not Yet Shipped.

Hi @ODEONHelp - I booked the cinema for this evening a couple of hours ago, but my husband has just developed a horrible migraine. I’ve tried to cancel on the app but doesn’t work. The film starts at 5, so within the 2 hour limit for another 10 mins! Any help appreciated!
@O2 Fed up of bad phone signal now. Checked the signal in my area and had a message to say that there’s a phone mast not working, and would be fixed by 31st March. It’s moved to 21st April! Bills are going up and service going down. Not impressed.
