@VirginTrains We paid for tickets from Euston to Manchester a Piccadilly- due to the flooding, we are being told we have to get off in Stafford. We were on the 5.40 from Euston. Because our original train was cancelled we had to buy a first class ticket to secure a seat, will we get a refund?
