@gothgirl_ihope @HuntressSellia But usually the maths are positive. Your AR is like 657 instead of 532 so while you do technically lose a slightly larger percent of your total AR, your per-hit damage is often higher.

@gothgirl_ihope @HuntressSellia People keep claiming this but objectively speaking it's often not. There is no INHERENT loss in damage to splitting and elemental resistances are usually lower than physcial. Yes technically you lose more damage due to convoluted and totally intuitive calculations
