@LadyMerewyn @usedgov When a state is dependent on the funding and under oversight of the US govt, states are at the mercy of the federal govt. Voters should make their state implement these programs instead of having the federal government redistribute resources across states like a communist.

@MarshaBlackburn An extra safeguard is the federal government can create a whistleblower reward for citizenship check improprietaries for their federal tickets. I'm more concerned about teens filling in the mail-in ballots of their relatives and have them rubber stamp it with their signatures.

This can be easily cured by done in the opposite direction by reversing the data sharing:

@MarshaBlackburn You can cure that by having DHS provide an oracle (blackbox) to the states to check if somebody's a citizen offline without revealing the entire list, and have them keep records on how they verify the citizenship of voters not recognized by the blackbox ready for audit on contest
