@DoxyNAmerica have also Googled a little and found several mentions of this same problem from others. Something is obviously not happening correctly in the manufacturer end of things, and for several people.

@DoxyNAmerica I ordered the first of this lot from Pleasure Superstore, the regular Doxy in black. The grey head spins in its axis. PS contacted you guys, and a replacement was shipped. Same issue. Now the THIRD wand has arrived with the same problem. It's like the grey head -c-
