@vintedUK @vinted, there is an issue with your app. I had until 20.57 today to log an issue with an item I received, but when I’ve tried to do this several times over the last hour (before the deadline), it is saying the deadline expired and has already marked the item complete.

@AldiUK nice to show up to store to pick up my Christmas Click & Collect (placed back in mid-Nov) and find that every single item is unavailable. And now shops are completely picked over. Also, just got an email to say I’ve been charged for the replacements that I rejected!

@Tesco if you’re going to cancel someone’s order on the day of delivery it would be nice to be notified in time to actually do something about it, rather than just send an email saying that you’re sorry I’ve cancelled my order. 🙄

@USAinUK My son’s British passport was never returned following his CRBA appointment on April 20, and no one from the embassy will look into this, instead just saying the file says it wasn’t kept. Surely there is a responsibility to return all original documents. Please advise.

I called 101 to report a house party (bouncy castle, 10+ cars, people clearly not from that household arriving) @WMPolice told me that they won’t do anything because it’s Eid & they're likely from the the same family which isn’t a problem (even though not same house)...

@BestBuy when you charge someone $25 for next day shipping to arrive by Christmas Eve, it isn’t acceptable to then say that the item is ‘arriving early’ on the 26th. Way to ruin Christmas gift giving.
