Teachers change lives every day! Let's all take a moment to #thankateacher for the incredible work that they do. Is there a teacher that you'd like to highlight? Let us know! We want to recognize them with you!
#COVIDー19 has proven:
Accountability is not the driving force behind great teaching.
We’ve removed state tests, teacher evaluations, and even grades in some cases. What happened? Teachers are working harder than ever!

The most effective leaders are not in it for themselves. They are great because they build capacity, promote the success of others, provide needed support, and always give credit where it belongs.

To build powerful relationships with all learners:
1. Love your kids more than the subject you teach and/or the grade level you work with.
2. Use feedback and positive reinforcement as the main learning motivator, not grades or marks.
3. Be empathetic.
