All prepped and ready for @brewingupacure TOMORROW! One beer we’ll have on tap: Sattva Tulsi Pale Ale. This pale ale is brewed with Tulsi or "Holy Basil," a plant native to India with a licorice base and a bit of clove and pepper spice.

Homebrewing is funny. I started cause it was nice to have variety. Imaginative beers you couldn’t get at the store. But with so many awesome craft beers available these days, it’s sometimes hard to find the originals! So for my latest brew, it was back to basics: American Stout!
Made an odds and ends beer today trying to use up some spare ingredients. An American Stout. Not going to lie, there are some mystery ingredients in there! 😆 Tried to figure out what they were in the bag by taste! 🤔🤷🏻♂️ We’ll see how it ends up. Either way, this has been fun! 🍻

This has been the LONGEST I’ve ever gone without brewing! Just over a year. I haven’t gone more than 3 months or so without brewing for the last 12 yrs. Cheersing with one of my last remaining brews on tap. Life gets away sometimes, but I’ll be back to brewing next month! 🍻
