@AthelwulfG Why was she “looking at the file for an incoming patient” if he was not, as you state in your replies to others, her patient. That will be a breach of GDPR as she would have no legitimate reason to access the information within the patients file. But of course it’s all 🐂💩
@KeruboSk Several of my immediate family were born in the 1880 and 1890s and were still alive after I was born in the 1960s. My maternal grandmother and her sisters. My paternal grandmother was born 1900, but her sisters were older and I knew them too.
@drkeithsiau I have had several pilar cysts and a couple surgically removed. They seem to reach a ‘critical mass’ with me and then the stretched skin breaks down. The discharge is indeed like cottage cheese with gritty bits 🤢. I needed 3 courses of antibiotics in order to settle it down.
@valhumphreys51 I think what we (women) should be doing is campaigning for this test to be available on the NHS.
It’s too late for me, as someone who’s had 4 hysteroscopies without any anaesthesia or sedation. This includes 1 traumatic polyp removal and ultimately a hysterectomy.
@goddammitsarah Yes, I know. I was merely correcting the misinformation given that melanomas are always dark coloured. I didn’t mean to worry you and I hope your biopsy is fine.
@Kormulus@goddammitsarah That’s not true though, in very fair skinned people, melanoma can be non-pigmented. My brother had numerous surgeries for MM which started as a pale mole on his eyebrow.
He was lucky to receive one of the newer immunotherapy drugs when it was on trial.
@NJM71 I received a letter end of last year about my State Pension age. It told me nothing I didn’t already know and I thought ‘what a waste of time and money’ . But the I know there’ll still be some people who don’t know, even 5 years before their SPA.
@NOkicker70654@AnnDuffieldnews We do have equality. I too won’t get my state pension until I’m 67 and have made life choices to accommodate that. I did retire at 60.
@MartinSLewis BT charging £89pm for fibre broadband, when we had been customers for many years. Moved to Virgin Media for £35pm and free for the first 3 months.
@CharleyBaker1@baxiboilers Do @baxiboilers not have a department that deals with bereaved customers who can help provide services to relatives of the deceased?
@Saratylershelt @BradfemlyWalsh Same happened to me about 7?years ago. I was shaking and traumatised. I had intended to drive to work afterwards but had to call in sick. I know I have a high pain threshold and had previous (and a subsequent) hysteroscopy without pain relief, but the polyp removal was brutal.
