@sainsburys Normally I'd defend your floor staff against nearly anything but they were out of order and when challenged said 'report us then if you feel so strongly about it' morale must be really low because the staff their are usually pretty good.

@sainsburys Could you mention to your customer 'services' staff in your Matlock Store that discussing their grievance with a member of the public (especially when we'd all overheard and she wasn't in the wrong) in front of the rest of the customers doesnt present a great image.
