Dedicated to recovering 190,000 miles unfairly expired by Cathay Pacific. Years of loyalty should not be erased by rigid policies. Seeking immediate restitution

This is no longer just about 190,000 Asia Miles; it is about the dignity of a loyal customer being treated with utter indifference.
Every single mile was earned with effort since 2018. However, due to @cathaypacific's inadequate notification, my 190k miles vanished. I have exhausted all channels—Phone, WeChat, Web support, and even a formal coordination via China CITIC Bank. All I received were cold, robotic rejections.
I demand an explanation for the DOUBLE STANDARDS: A colleague of mine was granted a "One-off Exception"in 2024 for the exact same situation. Why does Cathay Pacific play favorites?
My Demands & Impending Actions:
Unconditional Reinstatement: I demand a One-time Redemption of my miles. I will NOT accept any "Challenges" or hurdles.
Escalation: I demand this case be handled by a Supervisor or Manager immediately. Stop hiding behind template replies.
The Human Cost: This ordeal has caused me significant emotional distress and depression.
If no reasonable solution is provided within 24 hours:
Daily Campaign: I will post daily updates regarding this dispute until it is resolved.
Community Building: I will launch an "X Community for Cathay Victims" to gather everyone who has been wronged by your mileage policies for collective action and media exposure.
Don’t underestimate the persistence of a loyal customer who has nothing left to lose.

@cathaypacific While you promote student discount journeys, your customer service wrongfully confiscated my 190,000 Asia Miles! Students deserve a trustworthy airline, and so do loyal members. Give me back my 190,000 miles! #cathaypacific#MoveBeyond
@cathaypacific Beautiful pictures, but I am extremely disappointed with your loyalty program. My 190,000 Asia Miles were unfairly wiped out, and your customer service has provided zero effective help. Is this how Cathay Pacific treats your long-term members? Please look into this.
@cathaypacific Don't not book this airline because off they don't care members and services is garbage.... I always fuck my life to collect 190,000 Asia Miles just stolen by this airline shit 💩
@cathaypacific An exquisite lounge menu is certainly a nice touch for first-class travelers. However, many regular passengers feel the general onboard service and overall scheduling reliability have declined. Hopefully, Cathay balances these luxury offerings with better basic flight operations.
@cathaypacific Congratulations on the nomination. Cabin crew certainly try their best, but hopefully the management supports them by addressing the frequent delays and staffing issues that passengers often experience. A great award is only meaningful with consistent daily reliability.
@cathaypacific Winning Best Inflight Entertainment is a notable milestone, but hopefully this high-tech focus doesn't distract from core service areas like timely flight operations and passenger cabin upkeep. Balance between digital features and basic travel comfort is key.
@cathaypacific Premium Economy meals look nice, but a good menu doesn't fix the inconsistent service and cabin maintenance issues travelers often mention. Hopefully, Cathay focuses as much on hardware upkeep as on high-profile culinary collaborations.
@cathaypacific GBA transit offers convenience, but seamless travel relies on flight punctuality. Cathay has had notable schedule hiccups lately. Hopefully connection reliability receives as much priority as these marketing guides.
@cathaypacific Guangzhou's night markets sound amazing, but hopefully the flight experience matches the promo. Travelers have raised concerns about delays and service consistency lately. It'd be great if Cathay focused as much on actual flight quality as they do on marketing.
@ocheen13@cathaypacific Giving passengers only 3 minutes to eat a full meal due to a massive delay is completely unacceptable. Cathay Pacific's rushing of passengers instead of managing their own scheduling errors shows a clear lack of care and unprofessional service.
@surbhi7779@cathaypacific It is completely unacceptable for a major carrier like Cathay Pacific to ignore a promised settlement, especially for a Business Class passenger. Taking three months only to ghost the customer shows extremely poor service and a lack of accountability.
@Chutki100@MEABharat@cathaypacific@PMOIndia This sounds like a very stressful situation. Hopefully, the relevant authorities can review the document discrepancy and find a quick solution for your father.
